Align the two long sections on each side, and add the other long section on the back. Screw one long side section at the end of a piece of 4 by 4 with wood screws after predrilled holes. Use two wood screws on each side intersecting, at an angle to each other. Repeat on the other side.
Screw the end sections in the 4-by-4s without any overlap, so that the sides together using screws into the drilled holes. Insert the seat supports 12 inches away and screw the sides, keeping the color higher. Place the planks on top of the frame and the screw in place countersink the screws into the drilled holes. Use some wood putty to fill the holes. Sand the bench thoroughly until it is soft. Clean dining room table with bench with a dust cloth and stain if desired.
